About Us

Michael Gladstein

Dr. Michael Gladstein is a board-certified dermatologist with nearly 40 years of experience. He earned his BA from the University of Pennsylvania, his medical degree from NYU, completed an internship at Mount Sinai Miami, and went on to finish his residency at New York University Medical Center, where he served as chief resident.

Practicing in Brooklyn, Queens, and the greater NYC area, Dr. Gladstein is dedicated to providing comprehensive care and ensuring accurate diagnoses for all his patients. A Castle Connolly Top Doctor, he creates a welcoming and informative environment, taking the time to answer questions and explain everything in detail.

Outside of his medical practice, Dr. Gladstein enjoys playing the saxophone, gardening, and cycling, all while embracing the vibrant spirit of New York City.

Victoria Ciano

Victoria Ciano is a certified physician assistant with nearly a decade of experience in the medical field. She completed her studies at Touro University before gaining valuable experience at Columbia University in transplant medicine and urgent care settings. Subsequently, she trained in dermatology, working alongside some of New York City's leading dermatologists in both medical and cosmetic services.

With her compassionate approach and specialized expertise, Victoria has become a trusted provider to a diverse range of patients across NYC. She is deeply committed to her patients, taking pride in supporting them throughout their aging journey, ensuring they look and feel their best—never different, but a more refined version of themselves.

Outside of work, Victoria enjoys traveling and spending quality time with her husband and twin girls on Long Island.
